Tea lecture and tasting at Connected Stitches’ 2026 Fiber Arts Retreat. Lecture open to retreat attendees only.

We have taken steps to be environmentally conscious in the shop. One big move: all our teas are packaged in 100% biodegradable materials.

Loose tea is automatically better for both you and the environment. Almost every tea you purchase from the grocery store has microplastics in its teabags. Even if the tea breaks down in a landfill, the teabag will not.

Our shop sells only sustainable methods for brewing your tea. Whether you purchase reusable mesh strainers or all natural to-go filters, you can feel confident with each sip that you are keeping plastic out of the environment.

All our tea is packaged in compostable bags with compostable labels. They made from PLA (bioplastic material made from renewable resources such as corn and sugar). When you finish your ounce of tea and throw out the package, no plastic goes into your garbage can.
